Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, unworn, and still able to be resold. Please ensure that all original packaging and tags are included.

Return Methods

You can return your item through one of the following methods:

• By Mail: Please contact our customer service team to receive a return shipping label. Returns by mail are free of charge.
• In-Store: If you prefer, you can return your online order at our shop in Malaga.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Simply return the original item (new condition/ unworn) and place a new order for the correct size. The return shipping for exchanges is also free.
