Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Gadean Footwear! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your order, please review our return policy below:
Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, unworn, and still able to be resold. Please ensure that all original packaging and tags are included.
Postage Costs for Returns & Exchanges
The postage charge for footwear returns will not be covered by Gadean Footwear. The cost to post the footwear back to Gadean Footwear, whether this is a return or an exchange, will be paid by the customer.
For exchanges: Once we have received the returned shoes, we will post the new exchanged pair to you free of charge.
Return Methods
You can return your item through one of the following methods:
- By Mail: Please contact our customer service team to receive a return shipping label. Returns by mail are free of charge.
- In-Store: If you prefer, you can return your online order at our shop in Malaga.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Simply return the original item (in new/unworn condition) and once received, we will send the replacement pair to you at no cost for the outbound shipping.
